Before we talk
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. A mutual NDA is standard before you share internal materials.
How do payments work?
Each phase is a fixed fee: 50% when the statement of work is signed and 50% on acceptance, due within 15 days of invoice. The Diagnostic fee is credited to the next phase if it is booked within 60 days.
Who owns the finished course?
You do, once the phase is paid in full. We keep the Ridgeline Method and our own templates and tools, and you get a permanent licence to any of them built into your course.
What contract do you use?
A master services agreement covering confidentiality, ownership and liability, then a short statement of work for each Ridgeline phase with its scope, deliverables, fee, schedule and acceptance criteria.
Are you insured?
State professional liability (E&O) and general liability limits once bound, before signing any engagement over $10,000.
Can you work in our LMS?
Yes, if it accepts SCORM, xAPI or cmi5 packages. The Diagnostic confirms what will work.
Do you work with airlines?
We don't take engagements from Part 121 air carriers. We do work with flight schools, training programs, Part 135 and corporate operators confirm Part 135/corporate is acceptable and organizations in other industries.
How many engagements do you take?
A limited number at a time, each personally led, so start dates are booked in order.
