Policy

Terms of use

DRAFT for attorney review. Set governing law, entity name and effective date.

Educational use only

Blackridge Press materials are study and teaching aids. They do not replace the Federal Aviation Regulations, the AIM, the ACS or PTS, FAA handbooks, your aircraft's POH or instruction from an authorized instructor. Always verify against current sources.

No affiliation

Blackridge Press is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FAA or any aircraft manufacturer.

Access and "lifetime access"

When a course is sold with lifetime access, it means access for as long as Blackridge Press offers that course, including every released lesson and the updates we publish for that edition. A new edition or a different course is a separate product. If we retire a course, we will email you at least 12 months before access ends and give you a way to keep your materials, either a download or a move to the course that replaces it. Courses bought from Aviation Training Center keep this same protection. Attorney to confirm this wording (open legal item O6).

Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own study and teaching. Don't resell, share account access or republish the materials. Flight-school licences are governed by their own agreement.

No guarantee of results

We don't guarantee that you will pass any test or checkride.
